“I’ve gained a global perspective and understanding of how people across different cultures and backgrounds think and do things differently. The biggest lesson from this experience was that I realized that there is no best way to do things. Everyone has a unique approach towards situations, and that necessitates considering diverse perspectives and viewpoints at work.”
