Experiential Education

UBCO’s Experiential Education Initiative aims to implement a strategic framework to help facilitate student access, awareness and participation in transformative learning experiences both within and outside of the classroom. The aim is to support faculty and staff in creating and sustaining these initiatives across teaching and learning. This strategy is informed by the commendable work of the Experiential Learning Task Force (2019) and the collaborative efforts of the cross-campus Experiential Education Roundtable, all while being guided by UBC’s Strategic Plan.
