Equity and Inclusion Office

The Equity and Inclusion Office (EIO) envisions a community in which human rights are respected and equity is embedded in all areas of academic, work and campus life. They work to engage the UBC community in creating culture change and improving systems, practices, and processes that shape how UBC students,  faculty and staff work and learn at UBC. They work in partnership with Faculties and units to offer educational opportunities, address emerging needs of the university’s diverse communities and support to  equity, diversity, and inclusion student, faculty and staff initiatives.
